Leak detection, and the repair that follows
Pools and spas first and foremost, then everything else on the property that carries water underground. We find it, show you where it is, and put it right.
Pools & spas
The one we get called for most
A pool losing water faster than evaporation explains is the job this business is built around. Shell, skimmer, light niche, returns and buried plumbing, tested and listened to until the loss has an address.

Not sure whether it is the plumbing or the pool itself? Run the bucket test once with the equipment on and once with it off, and tell us the result — it changes how the whole visit is set up.
Leak detection
Everything else that carries water
Under the slab, out in the irrigation, along a buried supply line, or nowhere visible at all and showing up only on the bill. Pressure testing, acoustic listening, dye tracing, thermal imaging and line tracing, in whatever combination the property calls for.

Wet patches, soggy gravel or a bill that climbed with no change in use.

Leak repair
Once it is found, the repair is the small part
We repair the leaks we locate, and the opening is only as big as the fix requires. Indoors that matters especially: a post-tension slab must not be cut without proper assessment, which is exactly why pinpointing accurately is the whole job.
Commercial, HOA and multi-unit
Shared lines, scheduled access, one invoice
Common-area irrigation, a slab line under a leased unit, a resort pool that cannot be closed for a week. The detection work is the same; the access, the reporting and the person who signs it off are not.
Who we help

How we actually find it
A leak gives itself away in sound, in pressure, in temperature and in dye. The job is knowing which one to listen to on your property, and testing before anything is opened.
| Method | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Acoustic listening | Hearing pressurised water escaping through soil, concrete and tile. |
| Line tracing | Mapping where the pipe actually runs, before anything opens. |
| Pressure testing | Isolating a line and watching whether it holds. |
| Dye tracing | Watching where the water actually goes, in a pool shell or a fitting. |
| Thermal imaging | Reading temperature differences through a finished surface to find a warm line or a cold wet patch. |
What we do not do
Leak detection and leak repair is all we do. We are not a general plumbing company — no sewer work, no gas lines, no water heaters, no drain cleaning, no fixture or appliance installs. If it is not a leak, we will tell you that too.
That is not a small print disclaimer, it is the reason the rest of this list is worth reading. More about how we work →
Straight answers
Picking the right one
Do I need detection and repair, or just one?
Most people need both and only want to pay attention to one. We locate the leak first, show you where it is, and repair it from there. If the repair turns out to be outside what we do, you will be told that plainly rather than sold something.
Which service do I pick if I do not know what is leaking?
Start with water leak detection if it is anywhere on the property, or pool and spa leak detection if the pool is the thing losing water. If the only symptom is the bill, start with high water bill. Or call and describe it.
Is anything on this list not really leak work?
No. Leak detection and leak repair is all we do. We are not a general plumbing company — no sewer work, no gas lines, no water heaters, no drain cleaning, no fixture or appliance installs. If it is not a leak, we will tell you that too.
Do you work on commercial property?
Yes — HOAs and common-area irrigation, apartments and multi-family, offices, retail centres, restaurants, schools and churches, resort and hotel pools, and portfolios under property management. Access and documentation get handled differently, which is why those have their own pages.

A photo of the pool, the equipment pad, the meter or the damp spot is the fastest way to get a real answer. Text it to the same number you would call.
Prefer to write it down?
Leave a name, a number and one line about what the water is doing. That is all we need to get going.
